We’ve seen issues on HOUSING FRAUD (ethnic steering), SUBPRIME LENDING, INTEREST RATE FLUCTATIONS, SLUMPING HOUSING MARKET ,FAILING LENDERS AND NERVOUS INVESTORS all of which took a negative tack toward our industry.
